The Payments tab is located under the Expenses section.
1. Navigate to the Expenses section on the left side menu.
2. Select the PAYMENTS tab if its not already selected.
3. Navigate to the Proposed Payments.
4. To approve a payment, simply click the approve check-mark
5. The status will be automatically updated to “Received.”
5. Once Received go to the Overview Tab the amount owed to you will be reduced by the payment you received.
*Note: in order to keep the system in balance and up to date you need to approve the money you Received this will also update the timeline for your records.
